Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for Aural subscriptions and services. As a digital platform, Aural does not involve physical shipping.

Digital Service Delivery

Aural is a digital SaaS platform. All services are delivered electronically and are available immediately upon subscription. No physical goods are shipped.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of an initial subscription purchase if you have not substantially used the service. Refunds are not available for renewal charges, usage-based overage fees, or partially used billing periods. Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support[at]aural-ai.com with your account email address and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
