Welcome to Aural. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Service Description

Aural provides an AI-powered interview platform that enables users to design, conduct, and analyze structured interviews. The service includes chat, voice, and video interview capabilities, AI-generated questions and reports, and analytics tools.

User Accounts

You must create an account to use Aural. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information during registration.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Aural only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform for discriminatory hiring practices, unauthorized data collection, or any purpose that violates applicable laws.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly. Overage charges (available on Pro and Business tiers) are calculated and billed at the end of each billing cycle. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy available at aural-ai.com/refund.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to Aural, including interview templates, questions, and candidate data. Aural retains ownership of the platform, its proprietary technology, and custom interfaces. Aural integrates third-party AI models to power its features; these models remain the property of their respective providers.

Limitation of Liability

Aural is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
